Here is Peter during his first week of school here in Rexburg. It's amazing how resiliant kids are. It didn't seem to bother him that he played alone at recess and that he ate lunch alone. The next day though he made a new friend, who just happened to be the son of one my friends who I have known since sixth grade. I hadn't had a chance to see her yet so I didn't even know that Peter and her son went to the same school, or the same class.
Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be cumbered with your old nonsense. - Ralph Waldo Emerson

Starting School in Rexburg

Wow, he looks so toasty warm. Seriously? He had to go to school in that weather? We will pray for him!
Okay, Look at that Snow!!! What a cute picture. I hope that he makes friends fast, but I'm sure he will!
