So Long, Farewell

Here is a picture of our house about four years ago at this same time of year. It was still being built. Well we had to say goodbye last Saturday. It was a very emotional experience to sell the house, but we did and now we are in transition. We're spending Christmas in Utah with family and then we move to Rexburg...which is pretty much just as cold (if not colder than Omaha). We are sad to leave, but know that this is what is best for our family. I wanted a picture of our house with the SOLD sign out front, but our realtor never came and did it. Anyway, So Long, Farewell to Omaha. I miss it already.

Moving is hard, so I'm sorry for that part of it, but good luck. It will be nice for you to be close to family. Merry Christmas!!!

Wow! I had no clue you were moving. Did your husband find work here? We will have to get together sometime and have our kids play. Happy Holidays!

Your house was cute, too bad we were never able to visit you in Omaha. I was fun to hang out with you guys in SLC though, let's get together again soon! So, I was looking at house prices in Colorado Springs...not too shabby I think!

I drove past your house last night with William to see if I could get him to fall asleep before I got home and I had to remind myself that you guys didn't live there anymore. We miss you guys.

We are so glad to hear you will be a bit closer...I know you have tons of places to stay in Utah when you come visit but if you ever need a change in scenery we would love to have you here and have lots of room (an empty basement with a comfy bed and lots of kid toys)...

We hope to see you soon! Hope you enjoyed the Holidays!
