Chicago

I took off for the weekend and met Jeana in Chicago. We had so much fun. We got lost. We rode the trolley. We kept running into this German girl and her mom and we have her to thank for our best pictures. We saw Wicked, the Hancock Tower, the Planetarium, Navy Pier...nevermind there's too much. We also had some amazing Chicago Pizza from Gino's East, that ended up being worth the walk, and the wait...until the next night when we found out that there was one right by our hotel. I was sad the weekend had to end.

Thanks for the super fun weekend, sister! Good thing we finally got a good Wicked picture after the first idiot failed miserably. Bless her heart.

When Jeana left it only took minutes before Kate was asking when momma would be home. I was quite surprised that when Jeana got home the girls were clinging to me. That was a proud moment as a dad. Well, maybe not proud, but rare.

I loved wandering around in Chicago! I'm so glad you had a great time! Is it weird that I truly love riding the "L"?

You look amazing...as usual!
